“The Pool of Trainers (TPT)” is a database of trainers who, in principle, are considered competent to serve the responsibilities defined herewith.

Responsibilities

• Executing our sports curriculum program in-school/Colleges/SEC on-site Full time & Part Time (Morning & Evening Sessions).
• Teaching, managing & assessing students as per company norms
• Ensuring that the program delivery meets all SLAs consistently
• Maintenance and upkeep of onsite equipment
• Developing and maintaining relationship with partner SEC (Sports Excellence Centre) for these solutions.
• Onsite coordination with client staff
• Participating in demos, events & activities organised in the region.

Experience

• More than One Year’s experience as a sports/physical education teacher/trainer in a school/ organization in similar business
• Experience as an athlete or official in Sports shall be an advantage
• Freshers keen to work in this sports education sector may also apply.

Attributes

• Target driven, analytical, and demonstrating high energy/enthusiasm to deliver program consistently
• High willingness to partner school/College/SEC locations in the region
• Good communicator (esp. English/Hindi/Regional Language)

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./ M.P.Ed.)
• Certificate in Sports Coaching from SAI, NIS, or from any other recognized Indian/foreign university will be preferred.

Selection Process

• A merit list will be published based on the qualification & experience for each Sports/Discipline and for each location.
• Candidate will be called for the Personal Interview based on the rank in the merit list and requirement raised at Candidate’s preferred location.
• An offer letter will be sent to the selected candidate. Candidate will have 7 day’s time to accept the offer else offer will got cancelled. 

Salary

Per Month 25,000 To 50,000 depends upon the Experience, Qualifications, Certifications and Expertise.
